Ja takie coś znalzłem:
Macronix produces their “Xtrarom” propriety NAND flash variant for Nintendo Switch, which claims to last 20 years at 85 degrees celsius — that’s very hot. Xtrarom was also developed to be free from read/write errors, which would help keep it from degrading like regular NAND flash. The Switch — unlike the 3DS and DS — doesn’t write to the cartridge and user data is stored on the system. Well-stored floppy disks still work to this day, so I imagine any Switch cartridge that’s taken care of will outlive us all.
