Undocumented change of course, which is why I'm questioning it. I have 200+ hours on my demon hunter just speaking from experience. Is this intended? It was fairly balanced before imo, maybe even too strong then, since the base dis(pipi)line regen is only +1/sec and there's no other way to add to it. http://us.battle.net...81917?page=1#13 Yeah that was an unintentional change in 1.0.3, and we've been aware of it. We're not quite sure what we're going to do yet. We're a bit apprehensive because we really don't want to keep fiddling with people's items, even though this makes the set quite good. On the other end, it was an unintended change and so correcting it isn't quite the same as fiddling. Niektóre rzeczy będą w 1.0.3b Due to the quick turnaround, we were unable to make any adjustments to item drop rates for Hell and Inferno difficulty in 1.0.3a, but we do have some changes planned for 1.0.3b (which isn't far out) Great, another week of this crap. For clarity, we're currently looking to patch to 1.0.3b some time this week. That may change depending on testing needs, but it's definitely our goal to get the patch out sooner rather than later. And locking this thread up. =/ To reiterate the major points: Based on your feedback, we elected to make some adjustments to item drop rates for later Hell and Inferno difficulties. Those adjustments did not make 1.0.3a, but they are scheduled for 1.0.3b. We are hoping to patch 1.0.3b later this week. We know this is an important change for many players and will provide more updates when they're available. We discovered a few such issues late into the testing of 1.0.3b, which means it won’t hit this week as previously mentioned.However, we know that a number of changes in 1.0.3b have been highly anti(pipi)ated, and so we spent the better part of today pulling specific changes that did not run into testing issues out of 1.0.3b, and turning them into hotfixes. These include the Inferno drop increases among a couple others, and will be applied with off-peak rolling restarts tomorrow morning. We’ll also be updating the June hotfix blog with specific changes (including new drop rates) tomorrow morning after we manage to wrangle up a cup of coffee.
