Pora zacząć Igrzyska. Już w samym temacie tworzenia listy bywało burzliwie i pełno od "xd", ale to zaledwie początek.

Standardowo kilka kwestii organizacyjnych i wyjaśniajacych dla tych, którzy nie śledzili tematu przygotowawczego:

To jest nasza lista i jest ona tylko po części obiektywna. Mamy tutaj żelaznych faworytów, ale są też mało istotne perełki, które na żadnym innym zestawieniu TOP raczej by się nie znalazły. Musieliśmy poczynić kilka drastycznych cięć, wypracować kilka kompromisów i podjąć pewne kontrowersyjne decyzje. Powtórzę jedynie to, czego byłem już pewien przy początku planowania listy - nie będzie ona konsekwentna. Ale żadna z wcześniejszych list też do końca nie była. Ósma Generacja jest jednak na tyle dziwna i trudna do ujęcia w ramy, że trochę nam się rozpłynęła. Udział Switcha ostatecznie uwzględniliśmy, ale z racji, że to wciąż żywa i bardzo aktywna konsola, to i musieliśmy postawić jakąś granicę, którą uznamy za koniec ósmej generacji, a początek dziewiątej w kontekście tej konsoli. Ostatecznie listę gier Switchowych zamknęliśmy wraz z premierą konsol 9 generacji (PS5/XSX), czyli końcem 2020 roku. Switchowe gry z 2021 i młodsze nie brały już udziału. Podobnie jak gry crossgeneracyjne, o ile ich premiera była jednoczesna. Więc żadnych Elden Ringów, Forbidden Westów, Dying Lightów 2, Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5 itp. na liście nie uświadczymy. Zrobiliśmy kilka świadomych wyjątków od tej reguły, ale wszystko dla dobra i jakości listy. Czasem "chłopski rozum" brał po prostu górę. Oczywiście największy zgryz był z wszelakimi rimejkami. O ile remastery odrzucaliśmy od startu, to remaki były mocno dyskusyjne. Ważyliśmy każdą opinię, każdy głos za i przeciw, by na zasadzie kompromisów jedne z nich dopuścić do gry, a inne niekoniecznie. Cóż, oktagon zweryfikuje czy na swoje miejsce zasługują.

 

To chyba tyle, jeśli chcę pozostać zwięzły.

Będziemy wybierać Najlepszą Grę Ósmej Generacji Konsol. Bierzemy pod uwagę następujące sprzęty: PS4, XOne, WiiU i wyjątkowo Switch do końca 2020 roku (powody w akapicie powyżej).

 

Jaka to była generacja? Nieszablonowa i nieuchwytna. Rozciągnięta. Tak naprawdę trudno stwierdzić czy ona się już w ogóle zakończyła, czy wciąż trwa. Generacja przedłużających się okresów tworzenia gier, generacja wylewu remasterów i remaków, generacja portowania wszystkiego i na wszystko. Bezpiecznych zagrywek. Krótko mówiąc: generacja mająca na koncie wiele wad. 

Ale jak każda inna dostarczyła nam również wiele radości oraz ekscytacji. Nie zabrakło nowych IP, była też krztyna świeżych doznań (VR!), odrobina niebanalnych pomysłów i odważnych posunięć. Można złorzeczyć na branżę w tym okresie, ale wystarczy spojrzeć na naszą listę, by przekonać się, że było w co grać i nie brakuje na niej jakości, pieprzu, mitycznej duszy czy czego tam jeszcze w grach szukamy. Bo możemy się przepychać nad jakością sprzętu i producentów, ale - uwaga, banał - bez gier te kawałki plastiku i elektroniki NIC nie znaczą. Są tylko narzędziem i tylko od nas zależy, jak go wykorzystamy. Najlepiej, żeby po prostu służyły nam do gry w dobre, doskonałe, a nawet przeciętne, ale dające ciut frajdy tytuły. 

Takie jak mamy na liście.

 

Postawmy je więc przeciwko sobie. Pękną serca i anusy.

 

  • kolejny raz startuje 256 gier. I kolejny raz to lista stworzona przez nas. Lista, która wymyka się pewnym zasadom, lista po części sentymentalna i nietypowa.
  • domyślnie funkcjonował limit dwóch gier na cykl, ale zrobiliśmy jeden wyjątek (Resident Evil).
  • głosowanie w pierwszej rundzie standardowo zamknie się w piątek (06.5.2022) o godzinie 23:59.
  • w przypadku remisu zliczane będą głosy Senior Memberów + Adminów i wygra ta gra, która uzbiera ich więcej.
  • jeśli również w tej kwestii będzie remisowo, to zorganizuję Turbo Dogrywkę trwającą około 12 godzin. Czasem mniej, zależy jak mi się uda to ogarnąć, ale zawsze będę się starał, aby dodatkowe głosowanie kończyło się w okolicach sobotniego południa. Bo jak najszybciej chcę mieć możliwość wystartowania kolejnej rundy, a brak rozstrzygnięcia mnie powstrzymuje.

    Batman vs Uncharted w 1 rundzie to chyba zemsta za ujebanie RDR  w półfinale.  :nosacz3:  W ogóle niesamowita lista. Musiałem przynajmniej kilkanaście razy oglądać gameplaye bo nic mi nie mówiły tytuły.

    @Kmiot jak masz możliwość to dobrze byłoby nadać Dragon Questowi pełny tytuł czyli Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age bo średnio zorientowany gracz zobaczy i pomyśli - meh kolejny DQ jakich wiele a to najlepsza gierka z całej serii

    Głosowanie na złość? nie za starzy na to jesteście? Moi faworyci pewnie wylecą nadalej w następnej rundzie (w ogóle misclick zrobiłem i nie zagłosowałem an SoR4 i mi teraz źle z tym). Mocno trzymam kciuki za BB i Wieśka. Obie dostarczyły mi masę frajdy i która by wygrała to będę zadowolony.
